Your puppy has been fed ___________________ We recommend that you switch to Adult large/giant breed dog food by the age
of 10 months. It is not necessary to switch at this time, but some dogs need more calories at this age to hold weight. A sudden
change in dog food can produce loose stools. If you change food do it slowly. Feeding your Dane in a raised feeder is recommended.
Your Great Dane needs to be A Forever Commitment. Because Great Danes are one of the Breeds who’s life span
is shorter due to its size it is more important than ever to give them the Love and the quality of life that these magnificent
Gentle Giants deserve.
Your reward is the Unconditional Love that they give back to you.
We encourage you to consider this responsibility seriously before purchasing a Great Dane.
Vaccinations: Your new puppy will be current on de-wormings, vaccinations, and you will be provided with a health certificate
for your puppy.
Deposits: We require a $200.00 deposit to "hold" one of our puppies until they reach the age of 8 weeks. Deposits
are on a "first come, first serve basis". You can make your deposit using check, cash, or money order. If you choose
to mail it via USPS, we will not "hold" a puppy until deposit is received and or check has cleared. Deposits are
non-refundable. Once the puppy we are “holding” for you reaches 8 weeks of age, full payment must be received
for that puppy by the end of the 5th working day or the puppy will be again made available.
Shipping: Any puppy being shipped is required to be paid for in full along with all associated cost. We will find an appropriate
flight for your puppy and can make arrangements through phone or e-mail with you. Your puppy cannot fly home until after it
has reached 8 weeks of age. Please contact us so we can determine current price for shipping. This will cover airfare, crate,
and a health certificate.

Your puppy has been given his/her first shots and has been wormed regularly and the dates of these treatments have been
recorded in your pet health record.
Take the health record and your puppy to the vet of your choice within 72 hours in order for the current health of the
puppy to be established and to receive instructions on continuing care and vaccination schedule.
You are responsible for regular veterinary care, including the remainder of the vaccinations, rabies vaccinations, and
periodic worming.
All puppies are guaranteed to be free of genetic defects up to two years. If genetic problems are found in the first 24
months the Genetic problems must be agreed upon by three separate veterinarians. The buyers are responsible for all veterinarian
expenses. If a genetic problem is agreed upon, the seller will replace said Great Dane with a Great Dane of equal value when
available.
The buyer agrees not to begin strenuous exercise and physical training with the puppy until the puppy has reached a minimum
age of eighteen (18) months. This is to prevent damage to the puppy during formative stages. The buyer acknowledges that failure
to meet any requirement in this contact will void said contract. Any surgeries performed on the puppy, including the cropping
of ears, resulting in death or an incapacitation condition is solely the responsibility of the buyer and the buyer alone.
The seller shall not be held responsible for the acts of the puppy after it leaves the sellers premise. The seller shall not
be held responsible for the development of non-genetically derived faults, diseases, or disorders after the puppy leaves the
seller.
Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health and has received appropriate medical care, including inoculations and
worming.
